The Midnight Edit° is our annual winter release, pairing eight Cinnamon Dust + Snow Sugar Caramels° with two glass vials of artisanal finishing dust. Applied moments before tasting, each dust heightens the flavour, aroma and texture of the caramel, creating a richer and more immersive sensory experience.
Presented in our signature Box No. 42, it is designed for thoughtful gifting, sharing, or savouring long after dessert.

As our caramels are handcrafted using premium ingredients, we take every precaution. During warmer weather, orders are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs where required.
