The deep malted character of organic Sri Lankan Rapadura sugar is balanced by the delicate minerality of natural pink river salt before being enveloped in smooth 54% dark chocolate. The result is a beautifully layered caramel with notes of toffee, cocoa and a long, balanced finish.

As our caramels are handcrafted using premium ingredients, we take every precaution. During warmer weather, orders are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs where required.
